You should always receive an order confirmation to your email, immediately after you order is made. Is your inbox full, did the order confirmation end up in spam or in the wrong folder or did you give us an incorrect email address when you ordered? Some free email programs do not let all email traffic through. Did you order logged in to your customer account? In that case, you can see your order history on your customer account.
