Return and refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have the right to return or exchange fault-free products, but you can’t return underwear you have tried on. We have free return for 14 days including up to 60% sale products. Exchange and return of a product is costless for those who live in Finland, Estonia and Sweden.

If you want to exchange or return a product, do this:

Contact us through e-mail at [email protected] and you will get further instructions on what to do. Include your order number and what product you want to return or exchange. Feel free to write your reason for your return (too big, too small, didn’t meet your expectations etc.)

When we receive the return we will confirm to you and will make a repayment to your account/payment card within 30 days. If you choose Klarna as your payment alternative, you can of course remove the amount of money of the products that you will return and only pay for the items you keep.

You are personally responsible for your return to arrive to us – save all your receipts.

If you choose to return a product from a “Buy one, get one free” deal or from one of our “package deals” you have to pay full price for the free products that you choose to keep if you break the package terms.

You can also exchange/return your product at any of our Dress like Marie stores.

Have you bought something in one of our stores? Please return/exchange and reclaim directly in the store.

NOTE! Items purchased on outlet (from -60% off and more) do not qualify for free returns. You can return them, but the postage cost will be added to the final invoice.

RECLAMATION AND DISPUTES

If you find that your product are damaged or fraudulent in any way, you as a customer have the right to reclaim your product and then be reimbursed for any costs in the event of a complaint. Complaints and transport damages should be notified as soon as they are discovered but within a reasonable time.

In case of dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

We reserve the right to charge the costs for the handling fee that arise when a package has not been picked up (return shipping, expedition costs etc.) Therefore we will charge 12,90 € / 129 SEK if a package is not collected. It is therefore important that you always collect your parcel, even if you regret a purchase and want to return the products. In that instance, you first need to pick up the package and thereafter return it accordingly to the instructions given by us.
