Pay now with direct payment, later with Klarna invoice or through Klarna instalment solution.
When you pay with Klarna invoice you buy easily and safely. Klarna is one of Europe's largest banks and offers secure and easy payment solutions. Our claim is therefore transferred to our partner Klarna, which in turn transfers the claim to Nordea Finans Sverige AB (publ). Invoice payment is offered in cooperation with Klarna.
You never need to provide your card details and always pay after you have received your goods. At least 14 days returns policy.
To get the Klarna invoice, you must provide your full social security number and this is stored in Klarnas customer register. If you do not want to provide your entire social security number or if Klarna rejects it at the time of purchase, please refer to one of the other payment options, credit card or the direct payment option.
Pay securely and smoothly with Visa, American Express or MasterCard. When making a card payment, there are no fees. All card management is encrypted (SSL) and no card data is stored with us. If the balance is not available in the account at the time of purchase, the purchase will not be approved.
Delivery invoice is sent to the e-mail adress you registered. NOTE! The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provide when ordering. Paper invoices can be ordered via Klarna.

The freight in Finland is from 4,90 € and delivery time is approximately 2-5 days. In Åland we have free delivery!
Free returns and exchanges!
The freight in Sweden is from 4,90 € / 49 SEK and delivery time is approximately 4-7 days (DHL). Free returns and exchanges!
The freight in other countries within EU is from 7,90 € / 79 SEK.
You always have 14 days to make any returns necessary! Once we receive your order, a confirmation order will be sent to your e-mail. Save the confirmation if you need to be in touch with our customer service.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have the right to return or exchange fault-free products, but you can't return underwear you have tried on. We have free return for 14 days including sale products. Exchange and return of a product is costless for those who live in Finland and Sweden.
If you want to exchange or return a product and you live in Finland, do this:
Follow the return instructions that were included in your purchase and inform us through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number and what product you want to return or exchange. Feel free to write your reason for your return (too big, too small, didn’t meet your expectations etc.)
If you want to exchange or return a product and you live outside of Finland, do this:
Contact us through e-mail at email@example.com and you will get further instructions on what to do.
When we receive the return we will confirm to you and will make a repayment to your account/payment card within 30 days. If you choose Klarna as your payment alternative, you can of course remove the amount of money of the products that you will return and only pay for the items you keep.
You are personally responsible for your return to arrive to us - save all your receipts.
If you choose to return a product from a "Buy one, get one free" deal or from one of our "package deals" you have to pay full price for the free products that you choose to keep if you break the package terms.
You can also exchange/return your product at any of our Dress like Marie stores.
Have you bought something in one of our stores? Please return/exchange and reclaim directly in the store.
RECLAMATION AND DISPUTES
If you find that your product are damaged or fraudulent in any way, you as a customer have the right to reclaim your product and then be reimbursed for any costs in the event of a complaint. Complaints and transport damages should be notified as soon as they are discovered but within a reasonable time.
In case of dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
We reserve the right to charge the costs for the handling fee that arise when a package has not been picked up (return shipping, expedition costs etc.) Therefore we will charge 12,90 € / 129 SEK if a package is not collected. It is therefore important that you always collect your parcel, even if you regret a purchase and want to return the products. In that instance, you first need to pick up the package and thereafter return it accordingly to the instructions given by us.
